This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit order-gen3optimus.info (the “Site”) or submit a reservation request. We collect as little as we need and never sell your data.
§ 01Who we are
The Site is operated by the Optimus Gen 3 team (“we”, “us”, “our”), which acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Site.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 30 days.

Where that happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
§ 06How long we keep data

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
§ 08Notice for US residents
If you live in California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request access, correction and deletion; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
In the preceding 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (reservation details), internet activity information and approximate location derived from IP address, for the purposes described above. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. Contact [email protected]. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
§ 09Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), self-hosted fonts and scripts, access controls based on least privilege, and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where required by law.
§ 10Children
The Site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
§ 11Robot data
This Policy covers the Site only. Data generated by an Optimus Gen 3 unit after delivery — such as sensor, video and telemetry data — is governed by the product privacy notice and data processing terms provided with your purchase agreement. By default, camera video is processed on the robot and is not uploaded.
§ 12Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the Site before they take effect.
